Through the creation of a public plaza and town square, greenway and creekside trail connections, and shared public parking, Liberty Centre strengthens pedestrian safety and accessibility while inviting the community to gather, shop, and celebrate.

The project will support local merchants, expand public open space, and honor the Borough’s small-town character through thoughtful design and enduring civic value.
